Ankylosing Spondylitis and Overweight

Umar came to the Goldberg Tener Clinic in 2016 with a medical diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis. His symptoms made it difficult for him to ambulate and accomplish normal daily activities. His Medical Physician prescribed Prednisone and pain killers but his condition worsened over time under medical care. At the Goldberg Tener Clinic, a thorough evaluation was performed and an individualized program was developed for Umar to follow. Umar experienced a substantial reduction in his pain and has shown improved mobility under our care. He is now drug free.
