David Tener, BA, DC

  • Director of the Goldberg Tener Clinic for Chronic Disease Reversal

Dr. David Tener developed an avid interest in health and fitness as a young man. An outstanding athlete he played multiple sports including basketball, soccer and volleyball and obtained an athletic scholarship to New York University. Burning the candle at both ends as a student and athlete he found himself suffering with fatigue and skin issues which the medical profession was unable to assist him with. This brought him to study the works of the early Hygienists leading to an interest in Nutrition and a natural way of life. He made lifestyle changes which were rewarded soon afterwards with his health returning to its full vigor.

Graduating Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a major in Psychology, his new interest in health, nutrition and hygiene led him to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Having heard about the Goldberg Clinic and Dr. Goldberg he visited the Goldberg Clinic For Chronic Disease Reversal and met Dr. Goldberg whose writings and reputation he had admired. He convinced Dr. Goldberg, based upon exhibiting his knowledge, interest and passion for Clinical Nutrition and Hygiene, to allow him to intern at the Goldberg Clinic which he did from 2010 till 2012 at which time he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian of his Class of over 160 students. He so positively impressed both Dr. Goldberg and patients at the Goldberg Clinic during his internship that he was offered an Associate Position at the Clinic upon his graduation which he accepted.

Bringing a dynamic, youthful, force to the Clinic he helped in advancing the services of The Goldberg Clinic and in the development of the Hygeia Health Education Center.

Adding to his credentials as a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Tener has taken post graduate training in The Graston Technique and Myofascial Release. He is skilled in providing physiotherapeutic services to patients with spinal, Rheumatoid and other musculoskeletal disorders.

Dr. Tener is a Member of the International Association of Hygienic Physicians and is also currently a candidate for the Diplomate of Clinical Nutrition Program sponsored by the American Clinical Board of Nutrition.
