Report of Findings
The Report of Findings will take place within three weeks after the initial evaluation. The results will be reviewed with you in detail and copies of all lab reports provided for your records.

**Out of state and international patients may elect to do the Report of Findings over the phone and have their lab reports sent to them by e-mail so that they can view them directly while they are explained.
Initial Visit and Evaluation
At your initial visit, you will spend sixty to ninety minutes with both Drs Goldberg and Tener. Your case history will be carefully explored and a physical examination tailored to your needs will be administered. Based on this information, specific laboratory studies will be recommended.

Lab testing is for educational purposes to help learn what causal factors have contributed to your problems. We conduct nutritional, digestive, immune, endocrine, toxicology and microbiology studies specific to your case to help reveal how your body is functioning. Lab work selected will be specific to your needs and performed according to our specifications to insure that the appropriate information is obtained.

All of the above is part of a process we refer to as “Discovery” and is employed to develop an individualized program to help each patient restore their health and vitality.
Initial Steps and Follow-Up Appointments
Initial steps are given following the Report of Findings. Follow up appointments are utilized to evaluate progress and modify the program as needed. Appointment frequency varies according to individual need. Most patients are seen once per week initially for the first two to three weeks and once every 30 days thereafter for the first two to four months. Appointment frequency depends on the severity and chronicity of the condition and patient progress.

Long distance patients have the option of working with us via phone and email for a period of two months following the Report of Findings. This is in lieu of making regular visits to the office. A return visit to the clinic is recommended two months after beginning the program for a re-examination.
Each program at the Goldberg Tener Clinic is highly individualized to the patient and includes the following aspects:
Clinical Epidemiology:
A detailed analysis to help determine the causes of a patient’s health problems.

Progressive, Individualized Diet and Nutritional Counseling to improve the patient’s overall metabolism and nutritional integrity.

to allow for the development of healthier tissues as per the patient's specific circumstances.

Based on what has contributed to the patient’s problems as evidenced by the case history, physical examination, laboratory studies and lifestyle analysis.

Appropriate Chiropractic care and /or Physiotherapy as Indicated:
Attention to the patient's bio-mechanical and structural integrity understanding that structure and function are interrelated.
