Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Depression, Chronic Fatigue, Weight Gain, Joint Pain

The patient is an 23 year old female that presented with medical diagnoses of Depression, IBS and Chronic Fatigue. At the Goldberg Tener Clinic, a comprehensive case history, physical examination and functional laboratory work was performed and key underlying factors were identified. Based on the data collected, an individualized program was developed for the patient to follow. She reports complete reversal of her symptoms and a much improved quality of life.
