Zach presented to the Goldberg Clinic with behavioral issues and constipation. Prior to being adopted by his current parents, Zach had been in foster care in a state run medically fragile group home until he was seven years old. He had no formal education during that time and lived largely in social isolation. Zach has made significant strides under the care of his new parents and with the support of the Goldberg Clinic.
